Not your typical cinnamon. Our single-origin Cinnamon is sweet and beautifully balanced with orange & floral notes. Often called the "true" cinnamon, our Ceylon (varietal) Cinnamon is grown on an organic farm in Hawaii and adds a unique vibrance to everything it touches. Sprinkle on berries, cookies, yogurt, oatmeal, or add it into your chicken and lamb dishes for extra warmth and dimension.
