General Ordering and Shipping Information
Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently we are only shipping within the USA. We process and ship in stock orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays. Transit times may vary based on distance from Los Angeles with typical delivery via USPS Priority Mail is between 1-4 business days. Please review the shipping address before completing your order to ensure quickest delivery.
Shipping may also be delayed due to inventory sell outs.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please reach out to us at email@example.com or call/text 212-414-4244 and we will be happy to find a solution.
If you received a damaged order, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) and the product, and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
