Winter Salad & Vinaigrette

WINTER SALAD |
VINAIGRETTE |
7 oz. Wild Arugula 5 oz. Baby Kale 3 Endive, chopped 1 Persimmon, sliced ½ cup Pomegranate ¼ cup Pistachio, chopped Dill, garnish |
1/2 tsp Savory 1/2 tsp Sizzle 1/2 tsp Peppa 1/2 tsp Flake 1/3 cup Raspberry Vinegar |
- In mason jar, combine all vinaigrette ingredients and shake until emulsified.
- Drizzle in enough dressing to coat salad ingredients and toss.
- Sprinkle with pistachios and dill garnish.
- Season with Flake salt and serve immediate.
