Winter Salad & Vinaigrette



7 oz. Wild Arugula

5 oz. Baby Kale

3 Endive, chopped

1 Persimmon, sliced

½ cup Pomegranate

¼ cup Pistachio, chopped

Dill, garnish

1/2 tsp Savory

1/2 tsp Sizzle

1/2 tsp Peppa

1/2 tsp Flake

1/3 cup Raspberry Vinegar

  1. In mason jar, combine all vinaigrette ingredients and shake until emulsified. 
  2. Drizzle in enough dressing to coat salad ingredients and toss. 
  3. Sprinkle with pistachios and dill garnish.
  4. Season with Flake salt and serve immediate.
