TZATZIKI SAUCE

TZATZIKI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS


2 Persian cucumbers

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

1 T EVOO

2 tsp fresh dill

1 T lemon juice

1 T Sizzle

1 tsp Savory

1 tsp Flake salt



DIRECTIONS


  1. Grate cucumbers on the large holes of your box grater and drain to remove excess moisture. Transfer the squeezed cucumber to a serving bowl.
  2. Add the yogurt, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, Sizzle, Savory and Flake to the bowl, and stir to blend. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Serve tzatziki immediately or chill for later.
