SUMAC OYSTER MUSHROOMS w/ COLLARD GREENS

INGREDIENTS


1 pint oyster mushrooms

3 tsp avocado oil

½ tsp Flake

½ tsp Sumac

1 bunch collard greens

1 tsp Sizzle

½ tsp Hot Crush (red pepper flakes) or 1 Sprinkle of Golden Cayenne. 

1 lemon


DIRECTIONS


  1. Sear mushroom on medium high heat with 2 tsp avocado oil.
  2. Remove to a separate dish add Flake and Sumac.
  3. In the same pan add collard greens with the remaining oil and sauté with Sizzle and Hot Crush until greens wilt. 
  4. Serve immediately and finish with a squeeze of lemon and Flake.
