1 pint oyster mushrooms
3 tsp avocado oil
½ tsp Flake
½ tsp Sumac
1 bunch collard greens
1 tsp Sizzle
½ tsp Hot Crush (red pepper flakes) or 1 Sprinkle of Golden Cayenne.
- Sear mushroom on medium high heat with 2 tsp avocado oil.
- Remove to a separate dish add Flake and Sumac.
- In the same pan add collard greens with the remaining oil and sauté with Sizzle and Hot Crush until greens wilt.
- Serve immediately and finish with a squeeze of lemon and Flake.
