Squash & Apple Roast

WARM SQUASH & APPLE ROAST

1 lb. Butternut Squash, chopped

1 Green Apple, chopped

1 Pear, chopped

1 cup Cranberries

¼ cup Avocado Oil

¼ cup Maple Syrup

3 tsp #Cinnamon or #Dessert

¼ tsp #Cayenne

1 tsp #Flake

2 T Pepitas


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F degrees 
  2. Add squash and fruit to a large sheet pan and combine with oil, maple and spices.
  3. Roast in the oven until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.
  4. Finish with pepitas and Flake salt.
