WARM SQUASH & APPLE ROAST
1 lb. Butternut Squash, chopped
1 Green Apple, chopped
1 Pear, chopped
1 cup Cranberries
¼ cup Avocado Oil
¼ cup Maple Syrup
3 tsp #Cinnamon or #Dessert
¼ tsp #Cayenne
1 tsp #Flake
2 T Pepitas
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F degrees
- Add squash and fruit to a large sheet pan and combine with oil, maple and spices.
- Roast in the oven until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.
- Finish with pepitas and Flake salt.
