LITTLE GEM SALAD WITH WALNUT VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS


4 little gems lettuce heads

1 T fresh minced tarragon

1 T breadcrumbs

1 tsp black sesame seeds

Walnut Dressing

1 T shallot

1/3 cup walnuts

½ tsp Savory

½ tsp Sizzle

¼ tsp Flake

1/8 cup Champagne vinegar

¼ cup EVOO


DIRECTIONS


  1. Cut lettuce in half and set aside. 
  2. For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake. 
  3. Dress the lettuce in dressing and top with breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
