GREEK SALAD & VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS


1 pint cherry tomatoes

2 Persian cucumber 

½ small red onion

2 T fresh dill

½ cup Kalamata olives 

4 ounces feta cheese

Greek Vinaigrette 

½ cup EVOO

1 T red wine vinegar 

1 tsp Sizzle

½ tsp Savory 

½ tsp Flake salt



DIRECTIONS


  1. Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, dill, and olives and set aside. 
  2. In a large serving bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, dill and olives and toss together and set aside.
  3. To prepare the vinaigrette, combine all of the ingredients and shake in a mason jar. 
  4. Drizzle enough dressing to lightly coat the salad and toss to combine. 
  5. Serve with sliced feta and a sprinkle of Flake.
