Paprika

Bold and bursting with color and flavor, our bright Paprika is sourced from an organic family farm in Southern California. The peppers are perfectly ripened before we grind them in small batches, guaranteeing a consistent, flavor-packing punch. We recommend keeping your Paprika in the fridge to maintain its spice and freshness. Paprika adds an extra dimension to any savory dish. Add or sprinkle it on protein, roasts, vegetables, fold into hummus and dips, and mix it into stews.

Our incredibly bright Paprika is semi sweet with spicy notes at the back. We chose to grow the Leutschauer Paprika Pepper for its well balanced bittersweet flavor and complex kick. This years varietal is grown from seeds originating from Matrafured, Hungary where it has grown since the 1800s when the seeds were brought from Leutschau (Slovakia).
